Near Harajuku, I strolled through the gardens of the Meiji Shrine. That day was beautiful and only an hour later a storm came in and poured down rain. Fortunately I was on the train just in time. It's about monsoon season now so there have been more afternoon storms but I like it because it's hot and humid during the day. Then the wind picks up for some relief and the sound of the rain is relaxing. I love rain when there's a balance of sunshine.
